Elastic holds the mags secure when pouch flap is open. BTS webbing on the back fits any BlackHawk pouch with ALICE clips. Two large interior pockets, emergency drag handle, hook & loop strip for ID patch. HydraStorm compatible. Made of heavy duty mesh. Fully adjustable at the shoulders and girth.
